Oladimeji Ajegbile is more than just an innovator in sustainable design. He is an Executive Creative & Growth Leader, a seasoned entrepreneur & 3X founder, an international speaker, and a qualified life coach.
He is the CEO and Co-founder of FotoPool, an end-to-end event and photo-sharing platform helping people capture and relive shared moments effortlessly. Known for his emotional intelligence, storytelling lens, and design-first thinking, Oladimeji builds purpose-driven ventures that combine strategy, creativity, and systems to scale meaningful impact.
[BACKGROUND]
Born and raised in Ibadan, Nigeria, Oladimeji is the last of five children and was deeply influenced by his Christian upbringing and his father’s quiet discipline.
He earned a BSc and MSc in Architecture and Design from Bells University of Technology, where he first explored the relationship between space, creativity, and human behavior.
He started his entrepreneurial journey at 15, founding a materials and printing business that generated $50K by the time he was 19. Though one of his early ventures, a furniture business, failed, it became a formative lesson in resilience and business design.

He's also built communities, led remote product teams, hosted workshops, and advised founders and creatives on building brands that last. Whether working with startups, corporates, or solo creators, he brings strategic clarity and emotionally intelligent design to the table.

Now based in Scotland, Oladimeji is a full-time entrepreneur and a mostly full-time dad. He leads his company while raising a young family, staying grounded through faith, creativity, and deep work.
He’s the kind of person who builds even when no one’s watching, who believes slow, thoughtful growth is better than hype, and who’s on a mission to amplify meaningful work through story, systems, and experience.
When he’s not building, you’ll find him cycling across cities, recording podcast episodes, journaling in a quiet corner, or spending time with his wife and son, learning to be present, not just productive.
